咽感异常与食管癌前病变及食管癌

Relations between foreign sensation of pharynx and precancerous,carcinoma of esophagus

目的 :探讨咽感异常与食管癌前病变及食管癌之间的关系。方法 :对 92 1例除外咽喉部疾患所致的咽感异常患者采用X线钡餐及内镜检查 ,对可疑区域进行活组织病理检查。结果 :检查出各种食管疾患 1 30例 ,其中食管上皮不典型增生 47例 ,食管癌 39例 ,食管炎 35例 ,食管静脉曲张 4例及贲门失弛缓征 3例 ,食管结核 2例。结论 :咽感异常与食管癌前病变及食管癌有密切关系 ,40岁以上咽感异常症状持续存在 。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between foreign sensation of pharynx and precancerous lesions,carcinoma of esophagus.Methods:Nine hundred and twenty one patients with foreign sensation of pharynx,apart from diseases in pharynx,were performed roentgen barium meal examination,endoscopy and biopsy pathology to the doubtful tissue.Results:One hundred and thirty cases were verified to have diseases of esophagus,including 47 cases of esophageal epithelium atypical hyperplasia,39 cases of esophagus carcinoma,35 cases of esophagitis,4 cases of esophageal varices,3 cases of achalasia of cardia,and 2 cases of esophageal tuberculosis.Conclusions:There is close relationship between foreign sensation of pharynx and precancerous,carcinoma of esophagus.People who are older than forty and whose symptoms last for a long time must undergo roentgen barium meal examination and endoscopy.
