摘要 目的 :观察改进结膜入路下睑袋整形术的疗效。方法 :在原结膜入路下睑袋切除术的基础上 ,将结膜切口改进为仅0 .5cm长 ,术毕切口无须缝合。结果 :该方法行下眼袋切除术 30例 ,手术效果均满意 ,切口愈合佳。结论 :改进结膜入路操作简单 ,手术时间缩短 ,无须缝合、拆线 。 Objective:To observe the effect of improved transconjunctival small incision of lower eyelid blepharoplasty.Methods:The length of the improved transconjunctival incision of lower eyelid blepharoplasty,was only 0.5 cm and it didn't need sewing.Results:This method had been used in 30 cases since 1997,all incisions healed well and the operation results were satisfactory.Conclusions:This method has simplified the procedures of the old one and reduced the operation time.As it doesn't need sewing or removing stitches,the patients are relieved much of the pain.
