摘要
目的 :研究健脾理气颗粒对大鼠胃溃疡及胃粘膜损伤的作用。方法 :采用水浸应激致胃溃疡及口服乙醇致胃粘膜损伤法制模 ,再用健脾理气颗粒 3个剂量组进行药效评价 ,并设对照组进行比较。结果 :健脾理气颗粒 3个剂量组对大鼠应激性胃溃疡的形成有明显的抑制作用 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1) ,对口服乙醇致胃粘膜损伤也有保护作用 ,尤以 10 g/ kg、2 0 g/ kg组为明显 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1)。结论
Objective: To study the effect of Jianpiliqi granule on gastric ulcer and gastric mucosa damage in rats. Methods: Stress gastric ulcer model was made by putting rats into water and gastric mucosa damage model by feeding ethanol to rats. The therapeutic effects of three different dosage groups and control group were compared. Results:In the three treatment groups, noticeable inhibitory effect to the formation of stress gastric ulcer of rats was founad(P <0.05-0.01). Jianpiliqi Granule could protect the gastric mucosa from injury caused by oral ethanol. The effect in 10 g/kg and 20 g/kg groups was even better (P<0.05-0.01). Conclusion:Jianpiliqi granule has the function of inhibiting gastric ulcer and ameliorating the injury of gastric mucosa in rats.
