Effect of Antidotic Decoction for Treating Hepatitis B(ADHB) on Immunological Function in Mice

目的 :观察乙肝解毒汤对免疫功能的双向调节作用。方法 :将 5 0只小白鼠随机分为 5组 ,每组 10只 ,分别用硫唑嘌呤诱导免疫超常模型 ,用环磷酰胺诱导免疫低下模型。结果 :乙肝解毒汤对免疫超常小白鼠的免疫功能有抑制作用 ;对免疫低下小白鼠的免疫功能有促进作用。结论

Objective:To observe the regulation of antidotic decoction for hepatitis B(ADHB)on immunological function in mice.Methods:50 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups,(n=10 each).The supernormal immunity model was induced by Azathioprine(AZP) and the subnormal immunity model was induced by cyclophosphamide(CY) respectively.Results:ADHB had the immunosuppressant action to mice of AZP group and had the immunoenhancement to CY group.Conclusion:ADHB has the two way regulation to immunological function of mice.
