摘要
目的 :研究窒息新生儿脐血内皮素 - 1(ET - 1) ,降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)的水平及意义。方法 :用放射免疫法检测了 40例窒息新生儿及 40例正常新生儿脐血及生后 1天外周血ET - 1与CGRP的水平。结果 :与正常新生儿相比 ,窒息新生儿脐血及生后 1天外周血EF - 1、CGRP水平均显著升高 ,二者呈正相关。结论 :新生儿窒息ET - 1生成增加可能起着损伤机体的作用 ,而CGRP升高可能是机体的自我保护机制 ,检测脐血其变化可替代外周血检测。
The:To study the level and significance of endothelin-1(ET-1) and calcitionin genc-related peptide(CGRP)in cord blood with neonatal asphyxia. Mothods:the authors observed the levels of ET-1?CGRP in cord blood and peripheral blood at the time of 1 day after birth in neonatal asphyxia and healthy controls by using radioimmuneassary. Results:①The cord blood and 1 day after birth peripheral blood vascular activating factors in neonatal asphyxia and healthy controls was respectively:ET-1(70.42±25.16) ng/L vs (38.07±18.90) ng/L (P<0.001) and (57.38±14.02) ng/L vs (34.68±9.09) ng/L(P<0.001). CGRP (285.73±142.72) ng/L vs (186.16±86.79) ng/L (P<0.001) and (321.60±154.05) ng/L (195.06±104.31) ng/L (P<0.001). These showed cord blood and serum ET-1?CGRP were significancely elevated in neonatal asphyxia. ②ET-1 and CGRP in cord blood with neohatal asphyxia was relative significantly r=0.724 P<0.001. Conclusion: Express of ET-1 in cord blood and peripheral blood with neonatal asphyxia might relate to damage, CGRP elevated might be an indicator of protection. Measurements cord blood ET-1. CGRP can replacc periphcral blood.
