摘要
用初等代数和三角方法,推导出后置式和前置式抽油机四连杆机构的两个基本计算公式及与其相应的两个推论公式。按这些公式,在四连杆机构各杆件长度与有关角度部分已知的情况下,进一步导出了22组未知尺寸的具体计算公式。最后给出了按其中一组具体计算公式进行优化设计的结果。
By means of elementary algebra and trigonometry, two basic formulas and two corresponding derived formulas for calculating the dimensions of the four-bar linkage are worked out for both rear-and front-mounted pumping units. Thereafter, on condition that the length, of the bars and the related angles are partly given, 22 groups of formulas for calculating the unknown values are derived. And in addition, an optimum design resulting from one of the formula groups is presented.
