摘要
目的 优选青蒿素氢化最佳条件。方法 采用正交试验法 ,以双氢青蒿素收率及含量为考察指标 ,对影响青蒿素氢化的因素进行研究。结果 青蒿素最佳氢化条件为A1B2 C2 。结论 氢化温度 <10℃ ,还原剂用量为 1∶1,反应时间为 2h。
Objective To research after the best hydrogenized condition for optimum seeking Artemisinine. Methods The orthogonal experiments were used to study the reasons that affecting the hydrogenation of Artemisine. The extraction rate and content of DihydroArtemisinine were taken for the observed indexes. Results The best hydrogenized condition for Artemisinine were A 1B 2C 2. Conclusions The hydrogenized temperature was lower than 10℃, the rate of reductant dosage was 1∶1 and the reaction time were 2 hours.
