摘要
根据液压锥形防喷器密封工作状态及工作性能要求,建立了胶心抱紧力q与胶心锥形半角θ间的函数关系,确定了q和θ的取值范围。为保证防喷器正常工作,提出了合理选取θ角的力学条件。
According to the sealing function and the required service behaviour of the annular blowout preventer, the author establishes the functional relation between the enclasping force q and the cone semivertex angle θ of the rubber packing unit, determines the threshhold values of q and θ, and presents the mechanical prerequisites for selecting the rational value of θ in order to ensure optimum operational performance of the blowout preventer.
