前置式气平衡抽油机运动动力分析的解析法

摘要 运用解析法对前置式抽油机进行运动和动力分析,可迅速、准确地掌握抽油机各构件的运动规律和受力状况。经实例分析可知,抽油机各构件和运动副的受力是曲柄转角的函数,受力的大小和位置随栽荷、平衡压力及平衡状况而变化,与后置式曲柄平衡抽油机相比,曲柄销受力状况明显改善。 By analyzing the mechanism and dynamic behaviour of a front-motmtea pumping unit with the help of analytical method, the motion mode and the stress condition of each member on the pumping unit can be obtained quickly and exactly. Example analysis shows that the stress on each structural member and movable part is a function of crank position, the magnitude and location of the stress changes with load, counterbalance pressure and balance condition, and the stress condition on the crank pin is much better than that on a rear-mounted crank-balanced unit.
