摘要
从宽带抽油机的结构原理入手,从理论上分析了该型抽油机的悬点运动规律及产生换向冲击的原因,并对其节能的可能性进行了分析。指出宽带抽油机不具备节能性能,反而存在耗能因素。
Starting with investigation in the design feature of the load belt pumping unit, the author analyzes the motion characteristic of the polished rod and the cause accounting for the occurence of reversing impact on this kind of pumping unit, discusses the possibility of energy-saving, and points out that it cannot operate in an efficient energy consumption range.
