Application of Fuzzy Set Theory to Reliability Assessment of Derricks

根据现场技术人员多年实践经验,应用模糊集合理论对在用钻机井架可靠性进行评估,首先必须求出构件性能或载荷等级与相关概率之间的模糊关系,然后确定每一有关事件的模糊概率,最后求出在各种外因条件下井架相应的损坏概率。模糊集合论的应用为在用井架可靠性的鉴定和其结构性能的评估开辟了新的途径。

Based on many-year experience of on-site technicians, the authors point out that, for appraising the reliability of the derricks in use with the help of fuzzy set theory, it is necessary to find out first the fuzzy relationship between the property of structural member or load grade and the corresponding probability, then determine the fuzzy probabililty of each related case, and finally work out the failure probability of the derrick under various external conditions. The application of the fuzzy set theory provides a new way for appraising the design feature and the reliability of the derricks in use.
