摘要
边界元法是从边界积分方程出发,解决各类边值问题的一种数值分析方法。把边界元法与优化设计结合起来,对3NB—1300型钻井泵连杆和巨型吊钩进行形状优化分析,结果表明,优化后的设计方案和结构应力、应变更为合理,结构重量分别减轻29%和23%。
The boundary element method, beginning with boundary integral equations, is a numerical analysis method for solving vairous boundary values. By the boundary element method combined with the optimum seeking method, optimization of the configuration of the connecting rod on Model 3NB-1300 drill pump and a huge hook shows that the design scheme and the stress and strain on the parts are more rational and the weight is reduced by 29% and 23% respectively.
