摘要 增程式游梁抽油机交叉双摇杆机构的杆件尺寸影响整机性能。就交叉双摇杆机构的尺寸条件、分类及特殊位形等问题进行了讨论,将满足交叉双摇杆机构尺寸条件的四杆机构归纳为9种,逐个作了几何分析,并用复数向量法对其进行了运动分析,为合理设计交叉双摇杆机构提供了依据。 The Performance of a beam pumping unit with incremental, stroke is influenced by the linkage dimensions of the cross double rocker mechanism. This article discusses the dimensional condition, classification and particular configurations of the cross double rocker mechanism. The four-bar linkages submitting to the dimensional condition of cross double rocker mechanism are classified into nine types, and geometrical analyses of the mechanisms are made for each type, along with motion analyses by means of complex number vector method. The discussion provides a basis for proper design of the cross double rocker mechanism.
