摘要
根据抽油机—抽油泵的工作原理,提出了一种预测抽油机系统参数的方法。用这种方法,在地面示功图已知时,可以精确地确定井下泵的示功图;在没有地面示功图时,也可以近似地预测地面及并下泵的示功图。计算结果与大庆油田一些油井实测值的对比表明,最大误差小于10%,这种方法基本正确。
According to the operating principle of the pumping unit-subsurface pump system, the authors put forward a method for predicting the operating data of the system. By this method, when the surface dynamometer card is known, the dynagraph at the pump can be accurately determined; when it is unknown, both the surface and downhole dynagraphs can be predicted approximately. Compared to measured values by field investigation, the predicted values are qualified by an accuracy of higher than 90 percent.
