摘要 面向质量的设计是一种面向产品质量的现代设计理念。质量评估作为实现产品质量目标的保证环节 ,在面向质量的设计中占有十分重要的地位。本文在阐述面向质量的设计基本思想的基础上 ,对面向质量的设计的质量评估的集成性与质量评估模型进行了研究 ,提出面向质量的设计的质量评估集成模型—IMEvaluation。该模型集中体现了面向质量的设计质量评估的过程集成性、人员组织集成性、方法集成性与信息集成性 。 Design For Quality (DFQ) is a methodology of modern product design for quality. The quality evaluation plays an important role in quality assurance, and it is critical in DFQ. Based on analyzing the DFQ concept, we discussed the integration of quality evaluation for DFQ and the model of quality evaluation, and put forward an Integrated Model in Evaluation for DFQ(IME valuation). The model, with the features of integration in process, function and evaluation method described the process of evaluation. Furthermore, we developed a design evaluation software tool supporting DFQ. The software tool shows that the integrative models are practical and reliable.
