摘要 抽油光杆工作时对采油井口中心产生的不定向周期性偏摆,使当前所用的固定式抽油光杆密封器中的橡胶密封圈受附加挤压力,导致橡胶偏磨和老化,进而使密封圈失效。依据跟踪原理研制出以高压胶管为挠性件的跟踪式光杆密封器,现场试验表明,这种密封器可使密封圈寿命提高5~10倍,悬点载荷降低2.1%,采油时率提高3.5%。 When in operation, the polished rod swings periodically in every direction off the center of the wellhead, so that the conventional packings for the polished rod receive additional extrusion force, take eccentric wear and come to premature failure. A kind of trackable sealer, provided with a flexible component made of high-pressure hose, is developed on the basis of the 'follow the track' principle. The result of field tests shows, by using the trackable sealer, the service life of the seal can be increased by 5- 10 times, the polished rod load reduced by 2.1 percent and the production efficiency raised by 3.5 percent.
