Restructuring the House of Quality Using Principal Factor Analysis

分析了质量功能配置方法在应用中存在的两个问题 ,因而提出了用主因素分析法来重构质量屋。重构后的质量屋不仅考虑了产品质量特性之间的相关关系 ,而且有利于将质量屋分解为较小规模的质量屋 ,从而减小了后续阶段质量屋的规模 ,提高了工作效率。

At first, two questions in the process of applying Quality Function Deployment(QFD) method are analyzed. Then, according to these questions, restructuring House of Quality(HoQ) using principal factor analysis is presented. In the HoQ which was restructured, the relationship between product quality characters is terminated and the HoQ is easy to be decomposed into smaller HoQ. So the scale of HoQs after this stage can be decreased. Finally, it's application in service is presented.
