梯形齿同步带带齿强度的理论研究

摘要 根据带齿与轮齿之间的变形协调关系,推导出带齿齿面接触应力分布式,继而求得齿面最大接触应力、齿根弯曲应力、齿根剪切应力及带齿刚度的计算式。三种应力与带齿载荷参数成线性关系;带齿刚度与齿宽、带齿材料的弹性摸量成正比,而与载荷大小无关。 According to the deformation coordination between belt teeth and pulley teeth, an equation of the contact stress distribution on the flank of the belt tooth is derived, and then equations for calculating the maximum contact stress on the belt tooth flank, the bending stress and the shear stress on tooth root and the stiffness of the belt tooth are worked out. The above-mentioned-stresses are linear with the load on the belt tooth, while the stiffness is proportional to the tooth width and the elastic modulus of the tooth material, and is irrelative to the load.
