摘要
在抽油机制造中,对CYJ10—3—37HB抽油机减速箱箱体实施振动时效处理。分别测试了铸件原态、振动时效后及热时效后的残余应力,并绘出了箱座振动时效前后的G—F(f)(加速度—频率)特性曲线。试验结果表明,CYJ10—3—37HB抽油机减速箱箱体采用振动时效处理是适宜的,生产工效可提高6倍。
In manufacturing CYJ10-3- 37HB pumping units, the vibrational ageing process is applied to the reducer housings. Residual stresses of the housing casting in original state and after vibrational/thermal ageing are measured. And G- F (f) (i.e.Acceleration-frequency) curves of the housing before and after vibrational ageing are worked out. Test result shows that, by applying vibrational ageing, the productivity can be increased by seven times.
