摘要
在推导螺杆、衬套曲面方程的基础上,系统地分析了螺杆—衬套副的空间啮合特征,阐明了单螺杆泵的工作原理,对单螺杆泵的设计计算和加工制造都具有一定的参考价值。
After deriving the equations of the curved surfaces of the single helix rotor and the double helix stator in a single screw pump, the author makes a systematic study of the spatial engagement character of the coupled pair, and expounds the operating principle of the pump. The discussion in the article is helpful to the design and manufacture of single screw pumps.
