摘要
根据抽油泵的工作状态,提出了抽油泵间隙计算模型,导出了考虑井液温度、井液压力和轴向力作用下泵筒及柱塞径向位移的表达式,进而得到抽油泵间隙的理论计算式。算例表明,现有不考虑井液温度及柱塞变形的计算理论过于粗略。应近似地按柱塞位于下止点时的环隙计算抽油泵的环隙静、动态漏失量。
According to the working conditions of the subsurface tubing pump, a mathematical model for the pump clearance is set up, the expressions for the radial displacement of both the barrel and the plunger are derived in consideration of the axial load and the temperature and pressure of well fluid, and the formula for calculating the pump clearance is developed. Checking calculation shows that the conventional method for calculating the pump clearance is too rough in that the well fluid temperature and the plunger deformation are not taken into account. And the static and dynamic leakage of the pump should be approximately calculated according to the annulus at the end of the plunger's downstroke.
