论我国财政行为的法治缺失

Lack of Legal System in China's Financial Conductions

从中国当前财政行为法治缺失的现状入手 ,分析其存在的深层次原因。同时针对市场经济体制下财政是法治化财政的本质特征 ,提出了改变国财政行为法治缺失状况的几点意见。

Beginning with the lack of legal system in China's current financial conductions,this paper analyzes its deep causes of existence,and puts forward some opinions about changing the situation,in viewing of finance the essential feature in the financial legality.
