从当今环境变化对企业的影响和组织学习兴起的原因出发 ,分析了房地产投资业对投资家素质和组织能力的要求 ,指出了未来房地产投资机构的核心竞争力将是组织学习 ,并讨论了在房地产投资机构中开展组织学习的理论方法 ,为投资机构提高员工素质和组织应变能力提供思路和参考。

Based on both the influence on business by current circumstances and the reasons of organizational learning theory arising,this paper analyzes the edmands of venture capital business on investors' attainments and organizatioal abilities.It points out the future core competency of venture capital organization will be the organizational learning.The theory and method of organizational learning development in venture capital organization are discussed.The probes provide clues and sug gestions for venture capital organization to increase attainments of staff members and organizational abilities responding to changing circumstances.
