摘要
目的 :为观察tPNS对HCS刺激的VSMC增殖的影响。方法 :通过MTT法和电镜观察法 ,观察了tPNS对VSMC的保护作用。结果 :HCS可明显刺激VSMC增殖并导致其表型的改变 ,而tPNS可呈浓度依赖性抑制VSMC的增殖 (r=- 0 .972 ) ,与对照组相比具显著差异 ;tPNS还可明显抑制HCS对VSMC的刺激增殖作用 ,与HCS组相比具有显著差异。结论 :tPNS可抑制VSMC增殖而抗动脉粥样硬化 。
Objective:To investigate the protective effect on the proliferation of cultured VSMC affected by the tPNS for understanding the pharmacological mechanism of tPNS.Methods:The protective effect of tPNS on the proliferation of rat VSMC was observed by measuring MTT metabolism and observing cell ultrastructure under TEM.Results:HCS increased MTT metabolism of VSMC and caused the changes of phenotype.The result was significant compared with control group.However,tPNS can inhibit MTT metabolism of VSMC dose-dependently(r=-0.972) and MTT metabolism of VSMC stimulated by HCS.The results were significant compared with HCS group,too.Conclusions:The tPNS may prevent atherosclerosis by interfering with the proliferation of VSMC,which does not depend on species variation.
