用可靠性设计方法改进抽油机游梁的结构

摘要 现用常规抽油机游梁的可靠性指标过高,设计过于保守,强度余量较大,浪费原材料。对此,在进行可靠性计算分析的基础上,以失效概率为依据指标,提出改进其结构,使游梁强度分布合理,趋于均衡,可靠度适中,达到节约原材料、降低成本的目的。 The beams now used on conventional pumping units are provided with too high reliability coefficient, so that there are too high salty margin and material consume. By reliability analysis, the authors take failure probability.as basis and present an improved beam design with optimum strength distribution and reliability coefficient, of course that translates into material saving and cost reducing.
