摘要
简要介绍以钻头牙齿作为传感器,在钻进岩石的实验工况下,对镶齿三牙轮钻头牙齿工作载荷进行三维(牙齿轴向、切向、径向)动态测试的实验原理和方法。经过对牙齿载荷谱的分析研究,着重阐述了作者对钻头牙齿与井底岩石相互作用机理的新认识,将牙齿载荷与钻头布齿结构参数的关系数学模型化,从而建立了在钻头设计中具有一定工程实用价值的镶齿钻头牙齿载荷的预测方法。
This article gives a brief introduction to the principle and procedure of threedimensional dynamic test for the working load on insert roller bits on an experimentalset-up with the bit teeth as sensors.Based on a study of the load spectrum,a newidea of the interaction-between bit teeth and downhole rock is presented,and amathematic model for the relation between teeth load and teeth distribution is estab-lished for predicting the teeth loads while designing an insert roller bit.
