利用断裂力学的较成熟理论及已有的试验数据,把常用API 钻杆分为两种使用状态,分析钻杆结构参数对低应力脆断和剩余寿命的影响。得出结论:钻杆在正常钻进状态下不发生低应力脆断;在特殊作业时发生脆断的可能性极大。

According to the theory of fracture mechanics and the test data obtained,the authorclassifies the operating modes of drillpipe into two kinds,analyzes the influence of thedesign parameters of drillpipe on low stress brittle fracture and residual life,and drawsa conclusion that low stress brittle fracture of drillpipe will not occur under normaldrilling condition and drill pipes doing special jobs are very liable to brittle fracture.
