摘要
本文认为 ,网络载体的兴起和发展对科学信息交流的影响主要体现在四个方面 :它打破了科学信息载体系统内部不同载体之间的结构平衡 ;冲击了传统纸型载体的主流地位 ;促进了科学信息交流过程的重构 ;
The paper indicated that the rapid developing of network medium had influenced the scientific information communication in four aspects. It broke the structure balance between different information media in the scientific information communication system, impacted paper based medium' mainstream position, accelerated the restructuring of scientific information communication process, and changed the developing situation of traditional information organizations and its working pattern.
