结核性呼吸衰竭的机械通气策略

Mechanical ventilation tactics in treatment of tuberculous respiratory failure

目的 探讨肺结核呼吸衰竭的机械通气策略。方法 对 5 2例肺结核呼吸衰竭行肺保护性通气策略的机械通气治疗 ,观察疗效及并发症。结果 呼吸衰竭治愈 4 9例 ,死亡 3例 ,治愈率94 .2 % ,无明显并发症。结论 肺保护性机械通气对结核性呼衰治疗是安全的 。

Objective To explore the mechanical ventilation tactics in treatment of tuberculous respiratory failure.Methods The lung-protective mechanical ventilation was given to 52 cases of tuberculous respiratory failure,to observe the therapeutic effect and complication.Results Forty nine cases of respiratory failure were cured without apparent complication,three cases died.Cure rate was 94.2%.Conclusion Lung-protective mechanical ventilation is safe.The curative effect is dramatic.
