宽带网与社区图书馆建设

Broadband Network and the Establishment of Community Library

本文从社会人对免费与收费、印刷型出版物与电子出版物、人类的五种需求及“Ｘ一代”与“Ｙ一代”的 选择来阐述社区宽带网的建立并不排斥社区图书馆的建设。文章还结合联合国教科文组织的公共图书馆宣言 来论述社区图书馆的办馆宗旨及其开展的诸项服务工作。

From the selection of social human of charging or free of charging, of paper publications or electronic publications, of the five demands of human, and of X generation and, Y generation, this paper elaborates that the construction of community broadband network doesn't repel community library.And Linking with the Declaration of United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization on Public Libraries, it also discusses the purpose of establishing community library and its various services.
