哈尔滨市社区卫生服务需求、利用及影响因素分析

Analysis of Demands, Utilizations and Influential Factors of Community Health Service in Harbin.

目的 了解哈尔滨市居民对社区卫生服务的需求、利用情况 ,以及影响因素。方法 采用分层整群抽样 ,对哈尔滨市 2 0 0 0名居民进行了入户调查。结果 被调查居民的两周患病率为 34 3% ,两周就诊率为 2 7 6 5 % ,其未就诊率为 30 %。影响人们对卫生服务利用的因素有收入、患病次数、健康状况等因素。结论 社区卫生服务应不断加强和完善 。

Objectives. To learn the residents' demands and utilization of community health service and its influential factors in Harbin. Methods. Using stratified-cluster sampling method, we interviewed with 2000 residents at their home. Results. The prevalence rate in the past two weeks is 34.3%, the rate of visiting doctor in the past two weeks 27.65% and the rate of non-visiting doctor in the past two weeks is 30%. The factors influencing the utilization of community health service for residents are income, frequency of sickness, health status, and so on. Conclusion. Community health service ought to be continually strengthened and perfected, and come to be an effective way to obtain the goals of health.
