窒息新生儿头颅CT检查和末梢血LDHi活性测定对脑损伤程度和预后的判断

Head CT and LDHi in Blood of Suffication Newborn Infants on Judgement of Brain Damage and Progress

目的 :探讨新生儿窒息后末梢血LDHi活性的改变及头颅CT对脑损伤的早期诊断意义及判断预后的可能 ;方法 :选择窒息新生儿 6 5例 ,分别于生后不同时间采血 ,利用琼脂凝胶电泳法测定血中LDHi活性的改变。取其中 5 9例在生后 3～ 7d进行头颅CT扫描 ;结果 :2 4h内LDH1活性呈下降趋势 ,LDH5呈上升趋势 ,LDH5/LDH1比值增高。CT检查 5 4例颅内有病变 ,5例正常 ;结论 :生后 3d内LDHi活性变化与窒息新生儿脑损伤程度及预后有密切关系。提示早期积极治疗对窒息新生儿的预后有重要意义。

Objective:In the subject,the relationship between the level of LDHi in vein blood and the brain damage of suffication newborn infants were studied;Method:There are 65 cases in the study,Vein blood was drawn in different time after borning,The level of LDHi of vein blood was determined on agar gel. 59 cases of all were taken Head CT 3 and 7 days after borning;Result:The level of LDH 1 was decreassing during 24 hours,but the level of LDH 5 was increasing,The level of LDH 5/LDH 1 was increasing.Head CT show,59 infants'brain had been damaged to some dgree,5 cases had not.Conclusion:During 3 days after birth,the level change of LDHi have something to do with the early diagnosis and progress of newborn infants' brain damage,It suggests,early medical treatment of newborn infants'brain damage could have good progress .
