鼻腔局部用类固醇的基础与临床研究进展
Progress in Basic and Clinical Research of Intranasal Corticosteroids
摘要
目的 :比较目前应用于临床的几种鼻腔局部用类固醇的疗效及安全性 ;方法 :分析近 15年来 2 1篇有关这些局部用类固醇的疗效及安全性的文章 ;结果 :布地松纳和氟地卡松作用于鼻腔的局部效能和全身安全性较之其它类固醇更好 ;结论 :临床上应选用局部效能强和全身副作用小的鼻腔局部用类固醇。
Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of the intranasal corticosteroids.Method:21 articles about the efficacy and safety of these corticosteroids were analyzed.Results:The local efficacy and safety of Budesonide and Fluticasone are better than other intranasal corticosteroids.Conclusion:The corticosteroids which are more effective and safer should be applied in clinic.
