产超广谱β-内酰胺酶的临床菌株脉冲场凝胶电泳特性 被引量:6

摘要 目的 研究临床分离产超广谱β-内酰胺酶 (ESBL s)肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠埃希菌的同源性。方法 对我院临床分离的产 ESBL s的肺炎克雷伯菌 13株、大肠埃希菌 35株 ,共 4 8株菌 ,进行脉冲场凝胶电泳 (PFGE)。结果 在 4 8株产 ESBL s试验菌株中 ,有 2株大肠埃希菌被证明是亲缘关系密切的同源菌。结论  PFGE是研究临床菌株流行情况、分析菌株间同源性理想的分子分型方法。 OBJECTIVE To study the homology of extended spectrum β lactamase(ESBL) producing Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli isolated from clinical specimens.METHODS Thirteen strains of K. pneumoniae and 35 strains of E.coli were detected by pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE).RESULTS Two isolates of E.coli were verified as closely related homologous strains among ESBL producers.CONCLUSIONS PFGE is a perfect molecular typing method for studying epidemiology and analysing homology.
