摘要
我国的环保产业以政府投入为主，产业资金缺口巨大，直接影响了环保产业的发展。因此，积极开拓新的资金来源，主要是民间资本，将成为今后发展我国环保产业的关键。
While with the devotion of our government, the capital gap of chinese invironmental protection industry is still great so as to hold back its steps. The civilian capital will solve all these problems. Therefore we should use civilian capital to develop the environmental protection industry of our country.
