摘要
分析了湖北省国有大中型企业科技活动的现状和存在的问题，提出了在目前国有企业改革处于攻坚阶段、 面临多方困难的情况下，增强国有大中型企业科技投入实力、优化投入结构，以尽快提高国有企业市场竞争能力的对策。
After analysised the present situation of scientific investment on large and middle-sized state-owned enterprises of Hubei province, several countermeasures are presented on strengthening their investment ability on scientific activities, innovating upon their scientific investment structure in order to improving their market com- petition ability.
