摘要
本文针对动态联盟组建与运作中的半结构化和非结构化问题 ,探讨其决策的专家支持 ,包括专家选择、调查表设计、专家评分结果处理、专家系统构建 ,以更有效地组建与运作动态联盟。
The paper discuss experts support about the decision including experts choice,inventory design,experts opinion process and expert system build,pointing at the semi structurization and non structurization problems of the build and operate of virtual enterprise,in order to build and operate the virtual enterprise efficiently
