我国乡镇企业经过20多年的迅速发展,正面临着严峻的挑战,企业传统竞争力明显衰退。本文论述了乡镇企业应把面向可持续发展的技术创新作为重振企业的战略之举,分析了乡镇企业实施技术创新的目标、项目和方式选择问题,并相应提出了推进这一战略的实施对策。

The township and village enterprises have facedwith the great challenges while developed rapidly in thepast 20 years, formerly competivity of these enterprises havedeclined obviously. The only way to solve the problem ofthe township and village enterprises is to adopt sustainabletechnology innovation.This paper discusses the position andfunction of sustainable technology innovation in mouldingnew superiority in competition, analyzes the target selection\ the project selection and the way selection for the town-ship and village enterprises to implement sustainable tech-nology innovation, puts forward some measures and sugges-tions to carry out the strategy.
