摘要
分析了信息网络化时代全球业务外包加速发展的现状、趋势、技术动因和经济动因 ,在此基础上 ,提出了我国应采取的促进企业参与国内外业务外包的一系列措施。
This paper analyses the existing situation,trend,technological motivations and economic motivations for accelerate development of outsourcing in the inform ation- networking times.Basing on these analysis,the author suggest that our country should take measures which can speed up development of information- networking and prom ote the developm ent of outsourcing of Chinese enterprises.
