仙人掌提取物对雄性小鼠性功能的影响

Effect of opuntia extracts on sex function in male mice

目的 探讨仙人掌提取物对提高雄鼠性功能的作用。方法 取 60只健康雄鼠随机平分为 3组 ,2 0只 /组。实验组 1(低剂量 )和实验组 2(高剂量 ) ,分别每天灌胃仙人掌提取物旧 2 0 0 mg/ (kg· d) - 1和旧 40 0 mg/ (kg·d) - 1 ,对照组灌胃等量生理盐水 ,共计 3 0 d。 3 0 d后当把 2只雄鼠和 2只健康成年雌鼠放在一笼 ,并计时 ,分别记录 3 0 min内每只雄鼠的潜伏期、骑跨次数、雄雌鼠交配次数。结果 实验组小鼠骑跨次数、交配次数、潜伏期明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。但要提出高剂量和低剂量两组结果相似 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 仙人掌对提高雄性小鼠性功能研究的发现 。

OBJECTIVE to investigate the effects of opuntia extracts on sex function. METHODS Sixty male mice were randomly divided into 3 groups of 20 each. Mice of experimental group 1(low dose)and group 2(high dose) were ig given at doses of 200mg/(kg·d) and 400mg/(kg·d), respectively, for 30 days. Mice of control group were ig given saline at same volume. Day 31,one male mouse and 3 health adult female mice were housed in a cage each time, and then sexual activity of each male mouse, including incubation period of the first sex intercourse and total number of sex intercourse within 30min, were observed and recorded.RESULTS Total number of sex intercourse was increased significantly (P<0 05) and incubation period of the first sex intercourse was decreased (P<0 05) in experimental groups compared to the control group, but parameters mentioned above between 2 experimental groups were same.(P>0 05). CONCLUSION the study indicated that extracts of opuntia can improve sexual function of male mice suggesting that extracts of opuntia be given to the patients with impotence.
