高效液相色谱法测定复方补骨脂酊中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量

Determination of psoralen and isopsoralen angelicin in Compound Buguzhi Tinctureby HPLC

目的 测定复方补骨脂酊中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量。方法 高效液相色谱法。结果 对样品未经分离 ,直接测定 ,补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的平均含量分别为 1.45 1mg· ml- 1和 1.15 1mg·ml- 1 ,方法平均回收率分别为 10 0 .92 % (RSD=1.81% )和 99.3 1% (RSD=2 .19% )。结论 高效液相色谱法可作为该药控制指标之一。

OBJECTIVE A HPLC method was developed fo determine the contents of psoralen and isopsoralen angelicin in Compound Buguzhi Tincture.METHODS The cunalysis was carried on a column of RP 18(250×4mm,5mm) with a mobile phase of methnel 1% acefic acid glacial solation(45∶55) The detection warelength was at 254 nm.RESULTS The average content in compound Bugnzhi Tinctwre was 1 451mg·ml -1 for psoralen,and 1 191mg·ml -1 for isopsoralen angelicin.The average recovery rate was 98 78%(RSD was 2 07%)for psoralen,and 100 38%(RSD was 2 28%)for isopsoralen angelicin.CONCLUSION The method was simple with good reproducibility.This method may serve as the reference to determine the qualitative for Compound Buguzhi Tincture.
