紫外分光光度法快速测定肌苷注射液中肌苷的含量

Quantitative Rapid Determination of Inosine in Inosine Injection by UV Spectrophotometry

目的 本文建立一种肌苷注射液的紫外分光光度法含量测定。方法 以水为溶媒 ,检测波长在 2 48nm的条件下 ,对肌苷注射液进行定量分析。 结果 肌苷在浓度 3μg～ 18μg范围内线性良好 ,以吸收系数法得其平均回收率为 10 0 .1% ,RSD为 0 .9%。 结论 结果表明该方法稳定可靠、简便、快速。

OBJECTIVE A UV spectrophotometry method was developed for the determination of Inosine in Inosine injection.METHODS It was determined by using water as the solvent at the wavelength of 248nm.RESULTS A good linearity can be found in the range of 3μg～18μg. The average recovery rate was 100 1% and RSD% was not more than 1 0?CONCLUSION the method was found to be simple;rapid and reproducible for determination of Inosine in Inosine injection.
