摘要
在高压釜中对孤岛减压渣油供氢剂减粘过程进行了研究,认为供氢剂能明显减少气体生成量、抑制缩合反应的进行、提高以不生焦为限度的反应的最大转化率。并通过对组分的分析,对裂化反应可能遵循的途径提出了看法。
The hydrogen donor visbreaking of the vacuum residue from Gudao crudeoil has been studied with a batch reactor.It appears that the hydrogen donorcan reduce the yield of gases,asphaltenes and coke,and increase the maximumconversion before the starting of coke formation.The possible route of residuevisbreaking is also suggested.
