摘要
人类已经跨入 2 1世纪 ,人们对海岸带这个重要的自然资源的关注程度将会进一步增大 ,但是随着经济的不断发展 ,资源的迅速消耗 ,随之而来的许多问题 (诸如环境、生态、污染、后备地质资源不足 ,等等 )将更加突出地摆在我们面前。如何认识和解决这些问题 ,如何最有效地发挥海岸带这种自然资源的最大效益 ,同时又要最大限度降低各种负面影响 ,真正达到人类活动和自然环境的平衡 ,从地学角度探讨新世纪海岸带综合研究固有和将会产生的相关问题 ,以求真正做到可持续发展 。
It is the 21st century now.And people have begun to pay more and more attention to coastal zone area,the important natural resources,but,with the development of economy and with consumption of resources,we are faced with many new problems such as environmental,ecological,pollution and resources sufficient problems.How to make the coastal zone give the most effective natural resources and in the same time,most effectively decrease negative influences to reach a balance between human activities and natural environment, is a problem necessary for us to consider thoroughly and deeply.
