矫正感光元件滤光玻璃的研制

摘要 一、前言 矫正感光元件滤光片是有色光学玻璃的新品种。它要求在400~600nm波长范围内有较高的透过率,在600~800nm波长范围内有很好的截止性。其技术指标为,730nm处的透过率与主峰515nm处的透过率比值小于10%,且主峰处的透过率大于85%。 本试验分别在三种不同基质的含铜玻璃中添加氧化铁或氧化铈,获得了满足使用要求的滤光片。 Filter glass for the revising visual function is a new type product of colored optical glasses. The experiment was conducted by adding iron oxide and cerium oxide into three different copper-containing base glasses,and satis-factory results were obtained. The experiment proves that the preparation of the filter glass for the revising visual function must be done under the following conditions: introducing4-6% CuO and 1-6% CeO2, or 0.05-0.5% Fe2O3, into phosphate glass which contains boric oxide or aluminium oxide;melting the glass under oxidizing atmosphere: The basic composition of the glass is P2O6 65.0%, BaO 10.0%, A12O3 8.0%, B2O3 10.0%, and Na2O5.0%.
