摘要
1989年8月12日,山东省黄岛油库在收油作业时,发生一起油罐群爆炸事故,造成重大损失。本文介绍了事故概况及发生的原因,就应该吸取的教训提出了看法。
A crude storage tank of Hwangdao tank farm in Shandong province explo-ded during loading in the forenoon of Aug.12,1989 which initiated explosion orfire of several other tanks and resulted in a heavy damage to the tank farm.The causes of the explosion and lessons learnt from it are discussed.
