摘要
本文叙述了中压加氢裂化高活性高硫催化剂在惰性气体保护下,用机械方法卸出、保存、装填的全过程。由于所用方法可靠,精制和裂化催化剂的活性都没有下降;床层径向温差一般在3℃以下,最高的个别点达6℃;在装填密度增加的情况下,床层压力降没有增加。
The complete procedure for unloading,storing and reloading of the highsulfur,high activity hydrocracking catalysts by mechanical method under theprotection of inert gas is described.Since the adopted procedure is reliable,theactivities of both hydrotreating and hydrocracking catalysts are not deteriora-ted as shown by afterwords commercial operation.The radial temperature di-fference in catalyst bed is generally below 3℃ with very points reaching 6℃.The bed pressure drop is unchanged although the bulk density in catalyst bedafter reloading is increased.
