茂名加氢裂化装置努力实现“安稳长满优”生产

REALIZATION OF OPTIMIZED SAFE,STABLE,LONG PERIOD AND FULL CAPACITY OPERATION OF THE HYDROCRACKER IN MAOMING REFINERY

该装置是我国引进的加氢裂化装置中第一投产的,运转初期故障较多,经几年来的努力、改进:提高操作人员的技术水平、优化原料组成、改进开工操作程序、在解决主要设备的运转故障、控制催化剂床层压降、降低装置能耗、加强催化剂活性后期的生产管理、提高产品综合利用效果等方面均取得了明显的效益。首批装填的催化剂使用寿命达7年,总加工量为4.07Mt 原料油,取得“安稳长满优”的好成绩。

Many problems and troubles had occurred during the first period operati-on of the hydrocracker in Maoming Refinery,the first of this kind importedby China.After several years of practice and modification including theimprovement of operation skill,optimizing the feedstocks,changing the start-up procedures,etc.,remarkable results were achieved in solving operationaltroubles of main equipments,controlling pressure drops through catalyst beds,reducing energy consumption,enforcing management of catalyst activity duri-ng the later running poriod and enhancing the effectiveness of product utili-zation with significant increase of profitability.The running life of the firstload catalysts has reached 7 years with totally 4.07 million tons feedstockstreated.The desired safe,stable,long period,full capacity and optimized opera-tion has thus been realized.
