南方鲇的鱼体能量密度及其预测模型 被引量:17

MODELS FOR PREDICTING ENERGY DENSITY OF THE FISH BODY IN SILURUS MEIDIONALIS

摘要 于 1 992年和 1 993年 2— 4月由嘉陵江收集的野生南方鲇雌、雄成鱼各 2 0尾 ;1 996年 1— 4月取得了不同摄食水平处理的幼鱼 1 9尾 ,饥饿处理的幼鱼 1 8尾 ,测定了这 4个样本的鱼体能量密度及化学组成。结果表明 ,各样本能量密度均分别与干物质和脂肪含量呈显著的直线相关关系 ;幼鱼 2个样本的能量密度与蛋白质含量的正相关关系也达到显著性 ,而雌、雄成鱼样本的能量密度与蛋白质含量的相关不显著 ;各样本的能量密度与灰分的相关均不显著。通过对 4个样本的能量密度分别与干物质 (DM:% B.W.)的直线回归方程的协方差分析 ,可将雌雄成鱼群体的两个回归方程合并为公共的成鱼能量密度 (EA:k J/g)方程 :EA=- 1 .6 7+0 .3 0 2 DM;将不同营养状况幼鱼的两个回归方程合并为公共的幼鱼能量密度 (EJ:k J/g)方程 :EJ=- 2 .2 6 +0 .3 1 9DM。 The energy density and fish body composition in Silurus meridionalis were measured for 4 samples. Of which two samples are 20 male and 20 female adults, respectively, collected in the Jialing River, from February, 1992 to April, 1993 The third sample contains 19 juveniles for which food was supplied at different ration levels for 20 days, and the last sample has 18 juveniles deprived food for different time, in the laboratory experiments from janurary to April 1996 The results show that there were significantly linear relationships in each sample between energy density and either dry mass or lipid content. This was also the care for the relationship between energy density and protein content in each of the 2 juvenile samples, but it was not for the adult samples. There was no significant relationship in any sample between energy density and ash content. By analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) on the regression equations of energy density to dry mass ( D M: % B. W.) in the 4 samples, an equation was developed for regressing the energy density ( E A:kJ/g) in both male and female samples: E A=-1 67+0 302 D M, and another equation for regressing the energy density ( E J: kJ/g) in both juvenile samples: E J=-2 26+0 319 D M.
