摘要 石油化工装置用能分析的三环节模型反映了工艺装置的用能特点及变化规律;根据用能分析模型,装置节能改进的顺序和思路可概括为四个方面:改进工艺,降低过程工艺总用能;减少工艺设备用能的(火用)损,提高待回收能的品位;提高回收系统的能量回收率;提高能量转换效率;减少装置外围能耗。据此思路,本文把石油化工装置节能改进的途径和措施进行分类归纳,从而提出装置节能的潜力所在和改进途径。 The three-link pattern of petrochemical energy utilization analysis refle-cts the feature and the rule of change of plant energy utilization.According tothis analysis,the sequence and approach for plant energy conservation retrofitmay be summarized into four aspects:reducing overall magnitude of process energy consumption by improving process and operation conditions;reducingeuergy loss of process equipment to improve quality of the energy to be re-covered and utilized;increasing the efficiency of energy recovery system;in-creasing energy conversion efficiency of the energy supply source to reduceconsumption of supplied energy.Accordingly this article sums up the approa-ches and measures for petrochemical plant energy conservation retrofit intogroups and put forward the potential and retrofit approaches of plant energyconservation.
